    Ensure your KNOWHEN® test is stored in a dry location. Avoid storing it in the bathroom to maintain its accuracy.

  • Testing Time

    For optimal results, use the KNOWHEN® saliva ovulation test first thing in the morning, before eating, drinking, smoking, or brushing your teeth. Test only once per day to avoid misleading results.

  • Consistent Use

    For a comprehensive understanding of your ovulation patterns, use the test daily over several months, including during your menstrual cycle.

Instructions for Using the KNOWHEN® Saliva Ovulation Test

  • Prepare the Device: Remove the lens cover and lens housing from the tube.
  • Apply Saliva: Place a thick drop of saliva on the glass surface. Ensure there are no bubbles in the saliva.
  • Drying Time: Allow the saliva to dry completely, which should take between 5 to 15 minutes.
  • Reassemble and View: Replace the lens housing and hold the monitor up to your eyes to view the ferning pattern.
  • Compare and Record: Compare what you see with the supplied chart to determine your fertility status. Record your results using the KNOWHEN® app or the chart included in the kit.
